Nominated by NASA as Executive Committee Member of the NASA Physics of the cosmos Program Analysis Group (PhysPAG)		2017-Present
PhysPAG is the interface between the astrophysics community and NASA. The Executive Committee must identify and assess the science goals as well as the budget, equipment and new technology needs of the scientific community to prepare NASA short, medium and long term plans.
Chair of the NASA PhysPAG/Gamma-Ray Science Interest Group (GammaSIG)		2017-Present
In order to consult and coordinate the gamma-ray community (i.e., GammaSIG) I have been organizing special sessions during main astrophysics conferences. I am also initiating a bi-weekly telecon series as well as a wiki-based repository to ease the communication within the high-energy astrophysics community. I had a leading role in coordinating the preparation of the gamma-ray science white papers for the 2020 Decadal Survey for NASA.
